Gwenpool's Rogue Agent status is the practical argument for this box. It lets her join lists she has no business being in, which means one purchase adds a flexible option to almost any roster you own rather than a character locked to a single affiliation. She is also legal for A-Force, the Avengers and the Criminal Syndicate outright, which is unusual reach for a hero pack.

Squirrel Girl is the specialist. She and her signature Team Tactic Card exist to make life difficult for the biggest, most expensive model on the other side of the table, which is exactly the problem a mid-cost squad struggles to solve. If your local opponents keep bringing a single enormous centrepiece, she is a genuine answer to it rather than a joke pick.

Both characters play with the rules in ways the rest of the game does not, and that is either the appeal or the reason to avoid the box entirely. Players who want a straightforward, thematic superhero squad will find them tonally strange. Players who enjoy an unexpected answer will get more out of these two than out of another competent brawler.
