Cloud City arrives as a self-contained squad in which every model carries the Bespin tag. Lando Calrissian is the Primary, Lobot the Secondary, and a pair of Wing Guard troopers fill the Support slot, so all three positions are covered without buying anything else.

Lando is the flexible piece. His card carries Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance tags alongside Scoundrel, so he is one of the few characters who can be argued into lists on either side of the Galactic Civil War. That is worth more to a growing collection than another Rebel Primary would be. Lobot and the Wing Guard stay tied to Bespin and Scoundrel builds.

It is also a painter's box. The Lando sculpt is posed for display rather than action, and the Wing Guard give you a color scheme that is not another set of white armor.

Skip it if you are chasing efficiency. The appeal here is character and portability, and a player who wants the most straightforward Rebel list will find the Rogue One and Ghost crew boxes easier to build around.
