Speed 3 paired with Unhindered is the whole pitch here. Difficult terrain does nothing to slow these riders, so the woods and rubble that bog down the rest of your army become the fastest lane on the table.

Relentless lets them attack after a standard move, and Reposition plus Agile 1 means they arrive already dodging. That combination makes them a flanking threat rather than a line unit. Stampede swings in melee with Ram 1, so running down a suppressed squad or a light vehicle is a genuine play, and the blaster pistols throw two red dice at range 1 to 2 when you would rather shoot and keep moving. Sharpshooter 1 quietly cancels a point of cover, which is what makes those pistols worth firing at all.

Four wounds each on white defense with a block surge is an odd durability profile: they soak scattered fire but fold to concentrated shooting. Point them at objectives and support weapons, never at an intact firing line.
