The Separatist Alliance is not only droids. Geonosian Warriors bring the hive itself to the battlefield, giving a CIS list something no battle droid provides: a Corps unit of living soldiers with wings and hard chitin instead of stamped plating.

Eleven miniatures make a full-strength unit. Eight of them carry sonic blasters that are genuinely unpleasant at close range, and that sets the tempo for the whole squad. This is not a unit that trades fire politely across the table, it is one that wants to be near you. A warrior leader anchors the squad, while a Force Pike Warrior and a Sonic Cannon Warrior offer two different heavy weapon builds through the included upgrade cards. The weakness follows directly from the strength: committing to short range means crossing open ground first, so give them cover, a distraction, or both.

Slot them into a Separatist list alongside:

  • B1 Battle Droids holding the backfield while the Geonosians push forward
  • Poggle the Lesser & Sun Fac for a fully themed Geonosis army
  • An AAT Battle Tank or DSD1 Dwarf Spider Droid to supply the ranged threat they lack

Eleven miniatures and bases, a unit card, four upgrade cards, a punch sheet and an insert sheet. Painters will welcome the change of pace from metallic droids. Best for a player who already knows how to walk a unit across a board without losing it on the way.
