Sixty-one command cards for the Empire builds a deck around a different instinct to the Rebellion's. Imperial commanders are written as methodical, and their cards reward laying out a plan and executing it rather than reacting to whatever just went wrong.

Where the pack earns its keep is the pip economy. Initiative goes to whoever plays the lower pip count, so holding a spread of one, two and three pip cards deep into a game is what lets you seize the round that actually decides the match. A thin deck forces you to burn a good card early. A full one does not.

Seventeen unit cards and ten upgrades round it out, useful for bringing an Imperial collection assembled over several years back in line with current rules.
