Most Rebel leaders in Legion are famous names carrying their own baggage and their own command cards. These two are deliberately not. The Rebel Officer and Rebel Agent are blank slates, and each can be fielded as a Commander or as an Operative depending on what your list is short of.

That flexibility is the entire point. If you already run a named hero and simply need a second body handing out orders, the Officer fills the gap without competing for the spotlight. If your force instead needs someone to slip forward and do quiet work on an objective, the Agent does that. Nine upgrade cards reshape either character's role and synergies, so the same two miniatures can serve very different armies across a season of play.

The kit ships with more than twenty optional parts, which is the other half of the appeal: you can build characters that look like your army rather than like everybody else's.

Pairs naturally with:

  • Rebel Troopers or Fleet Troopers Unit waiting on orders
  • Rebel Commandos or the Rebel Sleeper Cell Unit Expansion for work behind the line
  • The Rebellion Card Pack to bring an older Rebel collection up to current cards
