Reliable 1 is quietly among the best keywords a Corps unit can carry. It hands the squad a free token every round, so their shooting stays consistent rather than depending on hot dice, and consistency is what actually wins objective games.

Add a black die on the DC-15A carbine out to range 3, with red defense dice underneath, and clone infantry lands on a better baseline than most rank and file troopers manage. They are not spectacular in any single respect, and that is precisely the point: this is the unit you can count on still being there on the fifth turn.

The upgrade bar is generous, taking a Squad Leader, a heavy weapon, personnel, training, gear and grenades, so two squads built out of this box can do genuinely different jobs. Eleven miniatures supply the models to do it with.
