The DC-15 is the weapon the Grand Army was built around, and Clone Trooper Marksmen lean into it harder than any other clone squad. Eleven miniatures make a full-strength Corps unit for the Galactic Republic, so a single box gives you a scoring, shooting, ground-holding block rather than a supporting piece.

Their job is range. Put them somewhere with a long field of fire, keep them supplied with orders, and make the Separatist player walk into it. Where they struggle is anything that closes the distance: a unit built to shoot at range is not the one you want defending a doorway against Droidekas or a melee commander, so give them a screen and an exit.

Assembly offers Phase I helmets or helmetless Phase II builds, letting you match whichever era the rest of your clones are painted for. That matters more than it sounds if you care about a coherent looking army.

Round out the list with:

  • ARF Troopers taking the flanks while the marksmen hold the middle
  • Clone Commander Cody or Heroes of the Clone Army for leadership
  • A TX-130 Saber Tank when you need to threaten armor
