Six models to a unit, with fifteen miniatures in the box, is a different scale from every other Corps choice, and it changes how a Separatist army feels to play. You are not really managing squads so much as managing a tide.

Coordinate: Droid Trooper is the keyword making it work. B1s pass orders along to other droid units, so a single order given to one squad ripples outward rather than stopping where it landed. That is the intended answer to AI: Attack, which otherwise sends them charging off on their own programming while your plan quietly collapses.

Individually they are nothing: one wound apiece, white defense, a single white die from range 1 to 3. Collectively they absorb fire that would otherwise kill something valuable, hold objectives your real units cannot spare time for, and force an opponent to spend good attacks on cheap targets.

Avoid these if painting the same model repeatedly wears on you, or if long turns are frustrating. A droid army has a great many miniatures to move, and that is true in every single game.
