Scout 2 puts these clones further up the table before a shot is fired, and the rest of the card exists to cash in that head start. Sharpshooter 1 strips a point of cover from whatever they catch out of position, Tactical 1 gives a free aim when they move, and Impervious means enemy Pierce does nothing to them at all.

The box builds two different cards. The Special Forces version is a four model squad with a Squad Leader slot and a deep upgrade bar. The Support version is a detachment carrying Heavy Weapon Team, designed to attach to that squad rather than operate on its own. Their DC-17 hand blasters work from melee out to range 2, which is unusual and deliberate: ARC Troopers are comfortable at exactly the distance where most units must choose between shooting and fighting, and Charge lets them refuse the choice.

Scale turns terrain into a route instead of an obstacle, which pairs well with the Scout deployment.
