ALEPH does not draft soldiers, it builds them, and the Steel Phalanx is where that programme gets its heroes. Atalanta belongs to that roster: a marksman from the Agema, resurrected out of myth by an artificial intelligence with a taste for classical references, and paired here with the spotbot that works alongside her.

A sniper character plus a dedicated support remote is a package rather than a single model, and the pairing is the point. One holds a firing lane, the other makes that lane harder for an opponent to walk down. Between them they change how the other player is willing to cross open ground.

  • Role: long range shooting and target support.
  • Who it suits: an ALEPH player who already has the army and wants a specialist in it.

Cast unpainted and unassembled in metal and resin. Named characters carry rules that assume you know how the reactive turn works, so this is an addition to a working list rather than a first purchase. Anyone completely new to Infinity will have a far better time starting with a two player set and adding characters afterwards.
