Frank Castle with the Power Cosmic is a strange thing to build a list around, because he does three jobs that usually belong to three different characters: he crosses ground quickly, he shifts models out of position, and he still shoots. That combination is why he costs what he does, and why he shows up in squads that have no thematic reason to want him.

He is legal in both Guardians of the Galaxy and Black Order, which is unusual reach for a single character and makes him a sensible purchase for anyone with a cosmic collection pointed in either direction. Because his alter ego is Frank Castle rather than Johnny Blaze, he can share a roster with the original Ghost Rider without conflict.

The honest caveat is cost. He is a large chunk of any squad, so he needs cheap characters around him to hold objectives while he works, and a collection of four or five models cannot support him yet. He also rewards aggressive, forward play, which means he punishes cautious players by dying somewhere he did not need to be. Three Team Tactic Cards come with him, and the flaming sculpt is one of the better painting projects in this game.
