Marvel Crisis Protocol: Guardians of the Galaxy Affiliation Pack

Star-Lord leads and Cosmic Ghost Rider does the damage, which is a strange combination to find in one entry-level box: the cheapest character in a Guardians of the Galaxy list and one of the most expensive, sold together with Rocket Raccoon and Groot in between.

That range is the point. You can field a legal Guardians squad straight out of it, and you can build that squad at almost any size, because Rocket costs so little and the Rider costs so much. Rocket and Groot are the pair you lean on when the crisis wants bodies on several points at once, and the Rider is what you reach for when it wants one part of the table cleared.

Seven Team Tactic Cards come with the four miniatures, which is a strong ratio for an affiliation pack.

Two things to check before ordering. Cosmic Ghost Rider also sells as a single character pack, so make sure you are not buying him twice, and the Guardians of the Galaxy Starter Set contains all four of these characters plus six more. If neither is on your shelf, work out which of the two boxes you actually want before adding this one.
