Warcrow: Moss Hermit

Some models earn their points by killing things. This one earns them by standing somewhere inconvenient. The Moss Hermit is a large Syenann presence built for area denial, and it does most of its work without swinging at anything.

It controls the zones that decide games, shoves enemies out of positions they need to score from, and generally reshapes how a battle flows by existing where your opponent wanted to be. If you keep losing to armies that park on objectives and dare you to shift them, this is the direct structural answer: instead of removing them, you occupy the ground first and make removing you the problem.

Worth understanding before you buy that this is a slow, positional way to play. The Hermit is not going to produce a dramatic turn. It is going to make three of your opponent's turns worse, quietly, and that is a taste as much as a tactic.
