Warcrow: Feudom Archers

Cheap troops that do useful work while the expensive part of your army gets into position. That is the Feudom archer's whole role, and it is a more important one than the price suggests.

A Feudom list is normally organised around a decisive charge, which means there is a stretch of the game where your heavy models are moving rather than fighting. Archers fill that stretch. They cover the front at range and wear down enemy units before contact, so the charge, when it comes, lands into something already softened rather than something at full strength. They also happen to be an easy way to spend the last points in a list.

For a player still weighing up the faction, this is the sort of box that tells you how the army actually plays. The Feudom is not subtle, but it does want the ground prepared before it commits, and this is the unit that prepares it.
