Marvel Crisis Protocol: Wakanda Affiliation Pack

This is one of the least demanding affiliations to get legal, because everything you need is in a single box: Black Panther leads, and Shuri, Okoye and Killmonger fill out the squad around him without a second purchase.

Okoye is the piece that makes the list function. At the bottom of the threat range she is cheap enough to hold ground while the expensive characters do the fighting, and lists that lack a model like her tend to lose crises they were winning on damage. Black Panther and Killmonger are the pressure, Shuri sits between the two roles. Wakanda plays a mobile, objective-focused game rather than a slugging match, so it rewards a player willing to give up a fight in order to take a point.

Killmonger is the sleeper value here. He also plays for Cabal and Criminal Syndicate, so a villain collection gets real use out of this box even if Wakanda never sees the table. Four Team Tactic Cards come with the miniatures, along with updated stat card art.

Not for you if you want a durable line that stands and trades hits, since Wakanda's characters are quick rather than tough. Very much for you if this is a second affiliation and you want it playable the day it arrives.
