Stronghold 200+ XL Purple

Most deck boxes make you choose which deck comes out tonight. The Stronghold 200+ XL in purple is sized so that you do not have to: it holds 200 double-sleeved cards in particularly thick inner sleeves, which in practice means two commander decks travelling together, or one deck plus a deep token and sideboard pool.

The body measures 8.3 x 4.1 x 5.2 in, so be clear-eyed about what that is. This is a case, not a pocket box. It wants a backpack or a bag with a flat base, and it will look large parked next to a 100-card box. That size is the entire point if you regularly play more than one deck in an evening.

The accessories drawer is what makes it a travel solution rather than simply a bigger container. Dice, counters, life trackers and spare sleeved cards live underneath, separated from the decks, so you are not shaking a box to find a token mid-turn.

Purple is a useful colour here for a specific reason: at 200 cards this box is usually the one holding your best decks, and a distinctive shell makes it the one you notice missing from a table. Not the right buy for a single 60-card constructed deck, where the Bastion 100+ XL or Squire 100+ XL are the right scale.
