Star Wars Unlimited: 2025 Gift Box

Eight packs, spread deliberately rather than tipped out of one set. The 2025 Gift Box takes two boosters each from Twilight of the Republic and Jump to Lightspeed, then two each from Legends of the Force plus two from Secrets of Power, covering Clone Wars ground fighting, starship combat, Force users and the espionage set in a single purchase.

That spread is the point. Someone new to the game gets a look at four different card pools before deciding which one to build in, rather than committing to whichever set the shop happened to have on the shelf.

Also inside:

• 2 exclusive variant cards, showing Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Sidious
• 1 oversized Qui-Gon Jinn leader card

Not one of those three appears in any other product, which is the collector argument for the box.

This is not a ready-to-play set. Eight boosters do not add up to a deck, there is no rulebook, and the oversized leader is a showpiece. As a present for somebody who already plays it is close to ideal. As a first purchase for somebody who does not, an Intro Battle or a two-player starter teaches the game and this does not.
