A Galactic Republic box with an unusual shape: it contains a Primary, two Secondary units and a Support, which gives you more ways to assemble a squad than most packs manage. Jedi Master Kit Fisto leads as the Primary. Nahdar Vebb, his former Padawan turned Jedi Knight, and CC-3714 Clone Commander Fil are the two Secondaries, and Fil's Clones fill the Support slot.
Fisto and Vebb are both Force Users and both carry the Aquatic tag, while Fil and his squad are straightforward Clone Trooper units. So the box gives you a Jedi core and the clone support to go with it in one purchase, which is exactly the Republic's identity in the Clone Wars era: lightsabers up front, blasters behind.
The weakness is one Jedi lists share. Fisto wants to be in the fight, and if your opponent can isolate him, the rest of the squad has considerably less punch. Keep Fil's clones close enough to matter.
Republic is the deepest faction in the game, so this mixes well with what you already own. Sensible companions are the Wisdom of the Council Squad Pack, This Party's Over - Mace Windu Squad Pack and Hello There - General Obi-Wan Kenobi Squad Pack.
