Star Wars: Shatterpoint - Maximum Firepower Squad Pack

Hoth, seen from the Imperial side. General Veers commands, and Snowtroopers come with him: four miniatures carrying three units' worth of cards, which is the standard squad shape with every slot filled and nothing else required to play it.

Veers is a support commander rather than a duelist. What he brings is tactical movement for the soldiers around him and a firmer footing for their defense, so the box works as one machine instead of as a hero with an escort. The Snowtroopers are the models that gain from him, and they are the reason to field him at all.

For a Galactic Empire collection this is the cold weather variant: the same faction with a different silhouette, and a paint scheme that reads as The Empire Strikes Back from across the room. It also gives an Imperial player a second trooper squad that does not simply repeat the Stormtrooper look.

Skip it if you play Clone Wars, and skip it if your Imperial shelf is already trooper heavy. This is more infantry, better led, rather than a new direction.
