Mandalorian armor is described in the fiction as personal history worn on the body, and the kit follows that idea directly: plates, weapons and visors combine into a warrior nobody else at your table will be fielding. That matters more than it sounds in a game where most armies consist of identical troopers, because these two are the models people will pick up and ask about.
