Nomad high command keeps a few teams permanently on standby, on the theory that the emergency will happen whether or not anybody is ready for it. That is the thinking behind a Reinforcements pack: troops held back from the initial deployment and committed once the shape of the battle is clear.

Reinforcements is a distinct way of building a game, where a second wave arrives partway through rather than lining up at the start, and packs like this one exist to supply it. For a Nomads player it is another lever to pull, letting you answer what your opponent has actually done instead of guessing beforehand.

  • Faction: Nomads.
  • Role: a second wave for games played with Reinforcements.
  • Who it suits: an existing Nomad army, and players whose group already uses the format.

Models are metal and resin, unpainted and unassembled. This assumes a working knowledge of the core game, since a reinforcement wave only helps if you can read a board and decide what it is missing. Newer players should get comfortable with a standard game first, ideally through a two player starter, before adding another layer to it.
