Moonstone: Ribald the Troll

Goblin and Troll on the same stat card. Ribald is the only model in this range carrying both, which puts him in an odd and rather useful spot for a Dominion collection.

Here is why the keyword pair matters. A Dominion troupe built around goblins normally has to reach outside its theme for a heavyweight, and a plain troll is a mercenary bolted onto a goblin warband. Ribald is not. He is both at once, so a goblin troupe with Ribald in it is still a goblin troupe. If you have been building around Goblin City, Mushrooms and Mayhem, Rule the Roost or Booty's Bilge, he is the tidiest fourth model available.

The alternative trolls are Boulder, Bristlenose and Knoll, the last of which is also a Wizard and legal for the Leshavult. Between the four of them an all-troll Dominion troupe is entirely possible, if you would rather be difficult about it.

A big, textured sculpt and a straightforward paint. Not the first thing a new player should buy: get three characters on the table first, then work out which of these you want.
