Moonstone: Knoll the Troll

A troll who reads. Knoll carries the Troll and Wizard keywords, a pairing nothing else in this range offers, and is legal in both Dominion and Leshavult troupes.

The Knoll Monster Box contains one Troll miniature in fine quality resin with base and stat card, multipart and supplied unassembled.

The Wizard keyword is what makes this more than another big body. Moonstone runs its magic through a dedicated deck of arcane cards, and having that option attached to your largest model rather than your most fragile one changes how comfortably you can push it forward. For a Leshavult troupe, where casters are the norm, Knoll is the one who can also take a hit.

Dominion players can add him to Goblin City, Rule the Roost or the faeries of Shadowglade. He joins Boulder, Bristlenose and Ribald as the fourth Dominion-legal troll here, so an all-troll troupe is buildable if you want one. Leshavult players should look to A Witch In Time or Hunting Horns for the other three slots.

Established players will get more from this than newcomers, who should start with a troupe box. As a paint project, a troll who is also a wizard gives you considerably more to work with than a plain one.
