Moonstone: Bristlenose the Troll

If you already own Boulder, the question is whether a second troll earns its place. Often it does.

Bristlenose is a Dominion Troll in a Monster Box: one large fine quality resin miniature with base and stat card, multipart and supplied unassembled.

Moonstone troupes are four characters, so two trolls is half your force and a deliberate statement about how you want the game to go. It also solves a real problem. Goblin and faerie troupes are quick and full of tricks, but they can be shoved off objectives by anything genuinely solid, and once you are being pushed around in a card game your options narrow fast. Two trolls means your opponent cannot simply avoid the one.

The other route is thematic. Ribald and Knoll round out the Dominion's troll roster here, so with Boulder you could field an all-troll troupe from four Monster Boxes if that appeals. More conventionally, put Bristlenose behind the goblins of Rule the Roost or Booty's Bilge.
