Marvel Crisis Protocol: The Galaxy's Deadliest Character Pack

Four cosmic characters and a Power Gem card, and the gem is the part people underestimate. Gem cards are shared game content, so it stays useful no matter which affiliation ends up on your table, long after these particular miniatures have found their role.

The characters themselves split evenly. Ronan the Accuser is the heavy and the only one who also plays for the Inhumans, Gamora is the reliable mid-cost attacker, Drax wants to be in contact and takes a beating to get there, and Nebula is cheap enough to sit on a point all game. That is a functional squad rather than four models that happen to share a theme, and it slots straight into a Guardians of the Galaxy roster.

What it does not include is a leader, so it will not start a Guardians collection on its own. Star-Lord has to come from somewhere else, either the affiliation pack or the starter set, and that ordering matters if this is your first cosmic purchase.

The miniatures are unassembled and detailed enough to reward a careful paint job. Skip the box entirely if you already own the Guardians of the Galaxy Starter Set, because all four characters are in it.
