Logan and Sabretooth arrive as new versions of characters most collections already own, and the box introduces the Weapon X Program affiliation, which is the actual reason to buy it. Two feral mutants who have spent decades trying to kill each other now share a roster keyword, and six Team Tactic Cards give that pairing something to do beyond thematic pleasure.

The pair play as a straightforward close-combat core: both want contact, both are durable enough to survive getting there, and neither offers you a way to threaten across the table. A list built on them needs someone with range or a way to hold objectives, because if the opponent declines the fight you have no second plan.

The rest of the box is hobby content rather than game content. A motorcycle, a bunker terrain piece and a set of base props let you build scenes rather than just squads, which makes this as much a modelling purchase as a tactical one.

Buy it if you want the new affiliation or if base-building is part of what you enjoy. Skip it if you already run Wolverine and Sabretooth in Uncanny X-Men and Brotherhood lists and are happy there, because these are alternative versions, not upgrades to the cards you own.
