Terrain is not decoration in Marvel: Crisis Protocol. A truck this size blocks line of sight, gives models something to stand on and something to hide behind, and in a game where throwing scenery is a legitimate tactic, a large vehicle in the middle of the board changes how both players approach it. Tables that are too open reward whoever shoots best and make close-combat characters miserable; a couple of big pieces fix that faster than a dozen small ones.

Who needs this: anyone whose collection has outgrown the terrain that came in a core set, and anyone building a New York board. It sits naturally alongside the Marvel: Crisis Protocol - NYC Terrain Pack and the larger NYC City Block Terrain Collection, and it fills the gap the Earth's Mightiest Core Set scenery leaves at the tall end.

Who does not: a player still short of characters. Buy models first, terrain second.

Supplied unassembled and unpainted. Straightforward to build and a forgiving paint job, so it is a reasonable first terrain project if you have not tackled one before.
