Marvel Crisis Protocol: Mojo Ball Scenario Pack

Read this one carefully before you add it to the basket: there are no miniatures in this pack. It is a set of cards, tokens and rules that turns your existing collection into something else entirely, so it is only useful if you already own characters to play with.

What it does is replace the normal objectives with a game of fantasy football staged in the Mojoverse. Two squads compete to move the ball into position and score, using their own combat and scenario rules rather than the standard Crisis cards. Characters you had written off as too slow or too specialised suddenly matter, and characters you always take can find themselves out of a job.

Who should buy it: a gaming group that has played the same missions for a season and wants a change of pace, a store or club running a one-off league night, or two friends who want a lighter, sillier evening than a competitive game gives them. It is also a good way to bring in a non-gaming friend, because scoring a touchdown is easier to explain than securing an objective.
