Infinity: Scarface & Cordelia. Mercenary Armored Team

Two models, one contract. Scarface brings the armour and Cordelia keeps it running, and the pair are famous across the Human Sphere for turning up wherever the money is good enough. They are mercenaries, which in Infinity terms means they slot into a surprising number of army lists.

That flexibility is the point. Rather than being locked to a single national force, this team is drawn on by NA2 lists and by the sectorials that hire outside talent, so buying it once can serve more than one collection. A TAG paired with its own engineer also solves a problem most armoured units have, since damage on a walker is only permanent if nobody is there to fix it.

• Faction: mercenary, available to NA2 and to sectorials that field hired guns.
• Role: armoured firepower with dedicated repair and objective work alongside it.
• Who it suits: an existing player adding punch, not a first box.

Metal and resin, unpainted and unassembled. Running a TAG well takes practice in an order driven game, so newcomers get more out of a two player starter before committing to armour. For anybody already writing lists, this is one of the more characterful ways to fill the heavy slot.
