Bakunin remembers the Violent Intermission, and it remembers who spotted the infiltration coming. Cassandra Kusanagi is treated as a celebrity by the Observance, Saint Mary of the Knife, because she earned it under fire, coordinating the defence when ALEPH's commandos arrived uninvited.

This blister covers her in the Spitfire configuration, a mid range automatic weapon that suits a model expected to advance and win firefights rather than sit still. Character profiles of this kind usually go into a link with the Observance's own troops, where the extra weight of fire is felt most.
